How quickly can a nurse or caregiver reach us?
For most areas, we can arrange a home visit within 2–4 hours of booking. Emergency requests are prioritised.
Are your caregivers verified?
Yes, every nurse and caregiver is background-verified, trained and supervised by our clinical team.
Do you provide medical equipment on rent?
Yes, hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, wheelchairs and monitors are available on daily, weekly or monthly rental with home delivery and setup.
